We Do Not Collect Data through a Website or App
We collect only minimal data necessary to provide requested services:
Phone Number – for communication related to bookings or inquiries.
Message/Call Content – used solely to fulfill service needs and respond to questions.
Pickup/Drop-off Locations – for service delivery only; not stored or tracked postservice.
We do not share or sell your data to any third party, marketing agency, or data broker.

By using Potomac Rides & Transport, you agree to the following:
5.1 Conduct & Safety
Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers and other occupants.
Aggressive, threatening, or intoxicated behavior may result in immediate termination of
service and a report to authorities.
Potomac Taxi LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for
safety or policy reasons.

5.3 Damage & Cleaning Liability
Passengers are fully liable for:
Any damage to seats, windows, or other parts of the vehicle
Any cleaning required due to vomit, spills, mud, or unsanitary conditions
These fees are non-negotiable and must be paid in full before future service can be resumed.
6. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Potomac Taxi LLC is not liable for:
Delays due to traffic, weather, accidents, or road closures
Loss or theft of personal items
Indirect or consequential damages (including missed flights or appointments)
All services are offered “as-is” and “as-available.”
7. No Guarantee of Availability
Potomac Taxi LLC does not guarantee vehicle or driver availability at all times. Rides are
scheduled based on availability and may be delayed or declined at our discretion.
8. Consent to Communication
By requesting a ride or service, you consent to receive calls or texts related to your booking or
inquiry. You may opt out at any time by informing our staff directly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Updates will be posted here with the new effective date.
Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
